Book your next function with us Borrellis “Vintage Room” Accommodates 60 Guests (minimum 45 to have whole room). Book your next Christmas party, Engagement party, Corporate event, Wedding, Christening. Birthday or just a gathering in our Private seperate function room. The Vintage room is fully heated and air-conditioned, with BI folding doors that open to a whole different ambience. The Vintage room is not wheelchair access, There are a few steps in and out of private room also to bathrooms.

Menus

Set menu Required- Please view menus, or call us as we can create a menu to most budgets. Kids under 12 Kids Menu - $16.90

Borrellis caters to most dietary requirements (Gluten free, Vegan, Vegetarian, Dairy free), any customers or party guests must call in advance to notify restaurant for any allergy or dietary requirements.

Dress Code

Borrellis has no strict dress code, just smart casual.

Kids shoes must be worn at all times, due to breakages and a chance of any glass on floor.

Parking

Parking available in nearby streets and Coles council carpark 2 Hour Free parking before 6pm. Street parking is free after 6pm. Taxis are frequent near the Epping Hotel. Epping Train station is a 2 minute walk from the Restaurant.

Trading Hours

Borrellis opens at 5.30pm Tuesday to Sunday and closes at 10pm, Although we will open up any day/time for a minimum of 25 paid guests.

BYO Wine Only/Licensed:

Borrellis is a strict BYO WINE ONLY venue. We do not allow any BYO of Beer, Spirits or any other drinks from outside to be brought in $9 Per bottle Corkage.

BYO Cakes

You are free to bring in your own cakes, there is a charge of $2.50 per person Cakeage.

(Borrellis charges Cakeage due to the venue supplying a range of desserts)

Decorations

You are free to decorate your function room as desired using only bluetack to adhere decorations to any surface.Please check with our functions manager for available access times to your space – this will be dependant on other bookings. Please note that unless specifically requested, all decorations left behind in the function rooms will be discarded.

Strictly - No Confetti- ($80 Cleaning fee charge will be applied to end of bill if confetti is used at the venue, including balloons with confetti if popped) due to the fact it gets stuck in our dishwashing machine and other machinery in kitchen and restaurant that can cause damage.

Loss or Damage to Property

Customers shall remain responsible at all times for any loss or damage to the property of Borrellis caused by the client, guests and invitees. Please note ONLY Blue tack is to be used in the Restaurant when decorating rooms. DO NOT USE Sticky tape, nails, staples or any similar method of attachment. Borrellis is extremely careful when looking after guests and their property. Unfortunately, cannot take responsibility for the damage or loss of items before, during and after a function.
